Seawater desalination plant **0L/H
**0L/H RO seawater desalination system

1. Source Water Tank

Specification: ***0L, SUS material.
Let source seawater have a sedimentation before entering the plant. Regulate water supply to pre-treatment part, prevent the effects of water insufficient, effective protect the work of booster pump. Let source seawater get sedimentation.
2. Booster Pump
Provide power for sand & active carbon filter & RO system. For plants working for *2 hour per day or more, we advise 2 Pumps (1D*1S), improve work efficiency, prolong pumps working life. Boosters pump in the whole system adopt world famous*-Grundfos brand which has high quality and long service life. SUS**6L material.
3. Sand Filter
Different size of quartz sand will be put in the sand filter. Get rid of turbidity, suspended matter, organic matter, colloid, etc. In the water.
4. PP Filter
Prevent any deposition of large particles, for holding back any large particulates such as iron, dust, SS matter, impurity into the RO membrane.
5. High Pressure Pump
Provide power for RO system, equipped with over-heat, protect and pressure controller. For plants working for *2 hour per day or more, we advise 2 Pumps (1D*1S), improve work efficiency, prolong pumps working life. High pressure pump in the whole system adopt world famous*-Grundfos brand which has high quality and long service life. SUS**6L material.
6. Dosing System
Detail dosing system will be decided by source quality & treated water quality requirements. Normally including PH dosing, Inhibitor dosing, Flocculant dosing etc.
7. RO System
Adopts high desalination rate USA world famous DOW sea water desalination membrane to treat seawater and get clean water for human consumption. It removes the following water contaminants that may be present in your water: lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium. To adopt 1 stage RO or 2 stage RO will be decided by source water quality & treated water quality requirements details.
8. Electrical Control System
Use Germany famous brand Schneider etc. electricity control components.
All pipeline & fittings adopted in the whole plant are anti-corrosion material.
Wire and cable will make use of CN famous brand which have goog quality and long service life.
