Main parts details information:
The whole plant including 4 parts, pretreatment, RO system, ion exchange system, electricity control system.
 
A. Pretreatment Part:
1. Source Water Tank (advise user prepare)Specification: **6T.  Advised material: SUS/PE optional. 

2.Booster Pump
Specification: CNP CHL***0. Material: SUS.
Provide power for pretreatment & RO system. 
For plants working for *2 hour per day or more, we advise 2 Pumps (1D*1S), 
improve work efficiency, prolong pumps working life. 
Optional brand: CNP / Grundfos.

3.Sand Filter 
Specification: **0****0mm, **0kg. Material: FRP/SUS.
Different size of quartz sand will be put in the sand filter. 
Get rid of turbidity, ss matter, organic matter, colloid, etc.  

4.Active Carbon Filter
Specification: **0****0mm, **5kg. Material: FRP/SUS.
Remove color, free chloride, organic matter, harmful matter, etc. 
Removes *9% of the chlorine and organic chemicals. 
Provides enhanced reduction of taste, odor, and color. 
Protect and prolong the life of RO membrane.

5.Water softenerSpecification: **0****0mm, **0L. Material: FRP/SUS. 
 
Soft resin will make use of UK famous brand: 
Zhengguang/Purolite to ensure the affects.

B. RO System Part:
1. PP Filter
Specification: **5***0 *5 pics. Vessel: SUS material.
Prevent any deposition of large particles, 
for holding back any large particulates such as 
iron, dust, SS matter, impurity into the RO membrane. 
Protect and prolong working life of RO system. 
 
2. High Pressure Pump
Specification: CNP CDL***4. Material: SUS.
Provide power for RO system, equipped with over-heat protector and pressure controller. 
Optional brand: CNP / Grundfos.
 
3. Dosing system
If it will need dosing system and dosing details will be decided by
source quality & treated water quality requirements.
Normally including PH dosing, Inhibitor dosing, Flocculant dosing etc.
When source water is tap water, no need dosing system.
 
4. RO Unit
Specification: DOW RO membrane ***0 * 3 pics. SUS vessel.
Adopts high desalination rate USA world famous DOW RO membrane. 
It removes the following water contaminants that may be present: 
lead, cooper, barium, chromium, mercury, sodium, cadmium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate, and selenium. 
To adopt 1 stage RO or 2 stage RO will be decided by: 
source water quality & treated water quality requirements details.
 
In some countries required 2 stage RO water, but in some other countries they required 1 stage RO water. So, for better work, may you pls tell us your country requirements?
5. Pure water tank (advise user prepares)
Specification: 3T. Material: food grade SUS. 
Store outlet pure water for final dialysis use.
 
C. Ion Exchange System
Specification: **5****0mm   *0L Polishing resin.
Remove all ions in the water, ensure water purity for battery producing use.
 
D. Electrical Control System Part
Use Germany famous brand: 
Schneider etc. electricity control components. 
All pipeline & fittings adopted are anti-corrosion material.
Wire and cable will make use of CN famous brand which have goog quality and long service life.
