Descriptiom

Traditional Electric Industrial Water Heater are immersed into still water. The water tank is required. It takes time to heat the whole tank water.

As a ***7 new type water quick heating element for industrial water heater, Thick Film Heating Element can heat water flow directly inside tube, you can get boiling water in 3 seconds, ******0ml boiling water (*5℃) in 1 minute (2.2KW or 3KW).

Thick FIlm Electric Instant Water Heating Tube is advanced in larger heating area (Tubular Structure), higher in power density(40W/cm²), faster temperature response (up to **0℃/S), longer life time (>*0,**0 hours) and higher in thermal transfer(*6%).

As the water flow instant heating elements in industry, Thick Film Heating Tube is in tubular structure. It can heat water flow inside tube, by the heating circuit sintered between 5 isolation layers on tube surface.

It connects with wire leads by spot-weld to silver conductor on the surface.

For applications where space is limited, this simple profile heating element offers high thermal power density and fast response times to heat up or cool down (due to low thermal mass).

Thick Film Heating Elements are widely applied in industrial water flow instant heating, electric instant water dispenser, electric water instant heating purifier, electric instant drinking water geyser, instant coffee maker, water heater under sink, faucet, instant shower heater, etc.
