As a new type Instant Water Heater Heating Element to replace Quartz Water Heating Tube. Thick Film Water Water Heating Tube can heat water flow inside tube, by electric circuit sintered and covered between with 5 isolation layers on tube surface. It connects with wire leads by spot-weld to silver conductor on the surface.

Compare with quartz heating tube element or immersion water heating element, Thick Film Heating Element is advanced in larger heating area (Tubular Structure), higher power density(40W/cm²), faster temperature response (up to **0℃/S), longer life time (>*0,**0 hours) and Better thermal transfer(*6%).
For applications where space is limited, this simple profile heating element offers high thermal power density and fast response times to heat up or cool down (due to low thermal mass). It's the ideal heating element to boil water in seconds.
