3. Adopting advanced automated equipment to make casting, each casting needs to be checked by endoscope, to ensure the inside is good enough.
4. Using special purpose equipment to bore the main hole and grind spool, using pneumatic measuring instrument to control the fit clearance between main hole and spool within 8μm,to ensure the valve works smoothly.
5. Each part needs to be washed cleanly before assembly. **0% test, all assembly and test work are done by experienced workers, to ensure each valve is qualified.
6. Package Workshop, each valve - plastic bag - carton box - customized wooden box, to ensure the safety during sea transportation.
