**0 Vulcan Roll Coating General Characteristics
Design: Developed as a protective coating in production of work and back up rolls.  Our coatings are designed to produce maximum suspension characteristics so that they are compatible with the shop environment and the application techniques employed. They have also been formulated to provide the maximum elevated temperature bonding systems for the best resistance to ferrostatic pressures
Base: Carbon base
Bond: Soft to medium bond
Suspension: Good suspension characteristics Suggested Applications Cast Roll: For Grey Iron, Ductile Iron and Non-ferrous cast rolls.
Sand System: For oil bonded or dry sand systems.
Application Technique: Sprayed, brushed or flow coated on Cores and Molds, Necks, and Wabbler Ends of rolls. Advantages - Low gas

- Covers quickly and completely Mixing Guide In order to achieve desired baume and optimum suspension, we recommend mixing for *5 minutes prior to application. Standard Packaging Shipped dry in *0 lb. bags or super sacks.
