Plastic Primer

Plastic primer is a one-component primer for plastic parts. Used in car refinish as a primary layer, which provides an appropriate micro-layer and improves the adhesion to the plastic top layer.
Substrate:PP plastic surface
Surface Cleaning: Abrade with P***-P**0 grit paper. Remove wax , silicon and other foreign matters with deoiling detergent.

1.For oxidated iron and cast iron,shot blasted sa2.5 class with roughness of ****5 um,or acid wash oxidated pars, then get rid of rust.
2.It is recommended to bake at ****0 for *0 minutes when temperature is below *0 for better curing of paint film.
3.Choose right hardener and thinner to avoid poor curing of paint film.

Two-component primer
It is a quick dry two-component medium paint.
Excellent adhesion and flexibility, strong filling property, good impact resistance。
It is recommended to work at temperatures below *5°C.
