1. This kind machine is automatic welded wire mesh machine used for poultry cage wire 2~3.5mm. It adopts electrical synchronous technique. Welding time and welding is controlled by integrated electric circuit. The machine welds the line wires and cross wires be solid mesh in the principle of multi-electrode resistance welding. It consists of welded equipment, line and cross wires feeding device, mesh stepping system and electrical control system. The material can be low carbon steel wire or galvanized wire. 

2. Line wire are in coil and be straightened by straightening wheel on the front of machine and then be put into the line wire entrance. Cross wire are pre straightened and pre cut by wire straightening and cutting machine and then be put in the hopper. The hopper is equipped with step motor and a wheel. The cross wire is taken onto the welding plate by wheel. Step motor makes the cross wire falling more accurate. Besides, cross wire monitoring system can be installed to stop the machine in case cross wire is used up or get stuck.

3. The mesh aperture size can be adjusted. The line wire space can be adjusted through adjusting the electrode space. The cross wire space can be adjusted by PLC control panel. 

4. Welding adopts late-model efficient welding transformer. The voltage adjusting range is big which enlarge the range of wire diameter size. It is adjusted through the electricity current  on the front panel. 
5. In order to adapt the capacity of the clients, welding transformers dont work at the same time but separately and one by one when welding the same row of cross wire. 

6. Welding Speed: *0~**0 times/minute, the work speed mainly depends on material of the raw material, steel bar diameter, space of the mesh, choice of welding parameter, proficiency of workers, etc.

7. The finished product can be in roll or in panel. If you want roll you will need a wire mesh roller and if you want panel you will need a wire mesh cutting machine or to cut it manually with a electric scissors.
