In conventional way, pulley is wrapped with rubber to prevent it
from lobbing, but it is not a reliable way particularly in wet
conditions, conveyor belt sliping causes severe damage to the
drive pulley and belt. Such damages are costly to repair and
wasting production time.
Ceramic pulley lagging is constructed from hundreds of advanced
ceramic tiles hot vulcanized into a durable rubber mat. In
certain applications, ceramic lagging can significantly increase
drive traction, proven to be advantaged in following aspects:
• 8 to *0 times longer lifetime than just rubber
lagging.
• No lobbing and deflection between pulley and lagging, no
damage to conveyor belt.
• Groove between each line of ceramic is helpful for water
& slurry draining
