Production process:

     PHENIX rockwool is made from natural rocks such as basalt and dolomite, which are chosen with high quality. The rocks are melted in a cupola at temperature of more than ***0 degrees, then molten lava is fiberized by a spinner. The inorganic fibers and additives are bonded together using a thermosetting resin to form the final product which is cut into suitable sizes. Wired blanket, pipe cover and faced products are produced by secondary process.
