It is advanced into the feed rollers. For case setup, opposing
vacuum cups engage the case and erect it. The case is advanced
dtherough the machine with our integrated chain guide system(patent
pending),the bottom flaps are closed using pneumatic actuators and
tape or hot melt adhesive is applied.The case is discharged from
the machine in the vertical,upright position for easy case
filling.
The CE series utilize two styles of case magazines, a standard
horizontal magazine or an optional vertical magazine. The inline
horizontal magazine utilizes powered chain advancement for the
knock-down blanks.The vertical magazine picks and feeds knock-down
blanks into horizontal rollers for smooth operating reliablility
and blank transfer.
