Working principle

Filtered liquid enter from N2 at the bottom of the barrel into the filter,passing through the fixed cartridge,the liquid exist from N1 at the center of the filter from outside toward
inside.Backwash pollutants discharged from N3.
 
Filtration process     
Liquid flow from the medial (pollution side) to the lateral (clean side),solid particles are trapped in the filter inside,with the increase in pollutants,the differential pressure between the pollution side and the clean side gradually increase.When the pressure reached the preset level,the filter automatically start the backwash process.
 
Backwash process             
 

1. The middle axis washing arm rotation is handled by the gear motor,the washing arm rotational angle is control by the fixed switch to align with the filter barrel.
2. The sewage valve is open and creates pressure difference between the lateral (clean side) and the outlet.
3. Under the pressure difference,the clean lateral liquid flow from outside to inside,to start the backwashing.Filter pollutants cumulate at the inner part are cleaned and discharged from N3 outlet.
4. The backwash time of the cartridge is preset,when the backwashing preset time is up,the sewage valve close down,the cartridge backwash ends.The gear motor rotates the washing arm to start the backwash of the next cartridge,opening the sewage valve again,this process is repeated until all the cartridges are backwashed.
5. After washing all the cartridges,under the control of the control switch,the washing arm returns to the zero position,indicating a backwash cycle is completed.

1. The smooth surface of the tube and the connections,avoiding the so-called ‘dead angles’,reduce pressure drop.The filter material and precision can be specified to meet different application requirements.

1. In the backwash process,the cartridges are backwashed one-by-one.

1. The cartridge is backwashed in a safe and efficient state,other cartridges are not affected,and the filtering continue.

1. The backwash liquid loss in the automatic backwash is less than 0.1% of the total handling capacity.

1. The differential pressure and time can be preset at the same time,and the differential pressure setting takes priority.
