This is automatic specialized equipment for impregnating the elements. It puts disheveled elements into the vibrating tray, then to be transmitted to the clamp automatically. The elements gets into vacuum impregnation chamber through the conveying mechanism, which elements can impregnated automatically. Many elements can be clamped by one clamp, which can raise the impregnating speed. It is easy to operate and maintain.

This equipment is directed against the disheveled elements for feeding, impregnating and drying automatically.
It is fully automatic for conveying, many elements can be clamped by one clamp. Its vacuum impregnation system is with stable impregnation effect.
The lead wires of elements are always upward in the process of production, thus avoid to be eroded by electrolyte.
The floor parts of the equipment and clamp adopts with corrosion resistant materials and particular process technology, which can resist electrolyte erode. It has a pretty appearance and wears well.
Detection device monitors the work of operating conditions which can pre-warn and shut off in case of abnormality.
This machine adopts PLC control system, centralized display with performance by touching the big screen. It is easy to setup and operate.
