Features:
SAFM***0A Fully Automatic Laminator is one of new designs to suit glue-less film lamination and pre-glued film lamination. This laminating machine is composed of feeding system, laminating system and cutting system and paper collecting and rewinding system.
This machine centralizes the features of compact structure, high automation, humanized operation design, and is and excellent choice for large and medium-size enterprises.
Working Process:
Automatic paper feeder( with no pre-stacker)**-Air aspirator belt delivery section**-Laminating unit (heating and pressure roller)**-through perforating wheel (or winded directly)**-separating system**-corrugating pressure wheels**-automatic paper stacker
Configuration:
1. Automatic paper feeder adopts oil-free vacuum pump to feed paper automatically.
2. Automatic paper feeding system is equipped with no paper protector and paper break protector, which are controlled by photoelectric and mechanical system. When no paper or paper break occurs, the machine will stop automatically for self-protection.(The electric and pneumatic devices are controlled by programmable control (PLC) system.)
3. Man-machine interface system: color touch screen simplifies the machine operation. On the touch screen, as long as the operator s paper size, overlap length and working speed etc., the machine can realize completely automated operation. And on the touch screen, working status of the machine can be checked at any time.
4. Conveying table is furnished with air aspirator and front lay etc. To guarantee paper conveying and overlap stable and regular.
5. High precision of chrome plated heating roller is equipped with built-in oil heating system, which has excellent performance to temperaure control. The laminating temperature is adjustable.
6. Hydraulic pressing system provides automtaically big and steady pressure to guarantee good laminating quality.
7. Air expansion shaft release film and precise film realise and also makes the loading and unloading of film roll more convenient.
8. The combination of ar expansion shaft and braking device can adjust film release tension and speed.
9. Anti-curvature device: when going through the anti-curvature device, the laminated paper shall be leveled at once and won't curve again after cut.
*0. Paper receiving unit is able to furnished with not only vubrating receiving table but also winding roller. After cut, the laminated paper will be sent automatically to vibrating receiving table and be put into order. If lamianted paper does not need to be cut, it can be winded automtaically by winding roller.
