The Automatic Optical Inspection TV**0 includes five parts: three-axis servo drive system, hardware control systems, optical automatic identification systems, high-precision optical inspection system, which is made up of an industrial-grade optical camera. The high precision guide rail and screw rod, which are from Japan THK, are built-in the three-axis drive system guarantee the transmission accuracy. The AOI TV**0 ensures a high transmission accuracy. It is suitable for inspecting unqualified components, independent parts, chips and many more. It improves your production efficiency and quality.

Technology Features:

1. Place your PCB:
a) Integrated splint device without barrier for a convenient in- and output of circuit boards. Equipped with a boundless card board device which clamps circuit board components under zero margins.
2. Asynchronous testing function:
a) Confirming testing result artificially, at the same time it is able to  test next PCB, which can save testing time.
3. Refill function:
a) Every component can be set as a standard templet, which is suitable for multi-material and soldering.
4. Choosing your reference point:
a) Besides the traditional rotundity, a rectangle, crisscross and triangle reference point can be chosen, the characteristic signs are used for marks discretionary.
5. Discretionary measure of the angle:
a) Measuring of angle is suitable for all components�solder and bridge testing.

Components Inspection:

The TV**0 can inspect missing components, dislocated components, reversion, components damage, improper components, error polarity and many more. This AOI is developed by Torch itself, which makes use of color, station and static information of digital for an inspection which is more colorful to identify components more easier. It is a high precision inspection machine.

Welding Pad Inspection:

There are obvious differences for little solder, normal solder and over　solder by colorful lamp-house disposal. It has lower requirement to location accuracy of components and then inspect low precision PCB.

IC Welding Feet Inspection:

It can identify IC welding feet automatically by identifying ways and　jointing welding. It is very sensitive through analyzing pictures. It has lower requirement for location accuracy of IC. It can inspect IC components which are placed by hand.
