Components:
The ball mill is mainly made up of a cyliner ,material feeding unit,discharging unit,gyre unit and transmission machanism(motor, reduction box ,transmission gear, electric control). The cyliner used wear resisting liner plate insides for better wear resistance .
Operating principle:
The ball mill is partially filled with grinting balls and the materials to be ground.It rotatess around a horizontal axis,which cause the steel balls fall back onto the materials to reduce their size.
Type:
1.The ball millcan divided into dry type and wet type according to materials it grinds.
2.It can be classified into grate type and overfall type
accounding to different ways of dischanging material
