Cement Mill Introduction:
High-efficiency cement mill is mainly used in grinding raw materials and end products in cement plant. And it is also suitable for grinding various ores and other materials in metallurgy, chemical, and power industry, etc. In our company，this machine has increased the production greatly, and the specific surface is large, it is a new energy-saving grinding equipment, which has realized high production and super fine. Operation principles：
 Cement mill mainly consists of feeding device, sliding shoe bearings, rotary part, discharging device, lubrication device and driving device.
 This mill is horizontal tubular running device, has two chambers. This machine is grid type and its outside runs along gear. The materials will be sent into the first chamber evenly, through the hollow shaft by the feeding device. Inside, there is ladder or corrugate scale board, with different specifications steel balls inside. And the centrifugal force generated by barrel rotation will make them up to a certain height and fall down, realizing the action of heavy impaction and grinding. After crushing in the first chamber, by monolayer partition panel, the material will enter the second chamber, which has corrugate scale board with steel balls inside for further coarse grinding. And then, they will be sent into the third chamber for fine grinding. Finally the powder will be discharged out through the unloading grid plate.
