Batch roller and Rope Sizers

The BR*4 machine forms a batch of toffee, caramel, chewy candy or high-boiled sugar into a conical shape of the optimum size for feeding to the RS*6/*7 range of rope sizers.

The Batch Roller can be fed manually, or automatically via an AMP-Rose laminating device, or directly from a candy cooling band. The machine has a slot to accommodate a centre-filling device if needed.

The BR*4/RS*6/*7 combination can form part of a complete AMP-Rose hard candy forming line, or be arranged as part of a line with the ‘**0’, ‘ICW’ and ‘Super *2HS’ range of cut and wrap machines.

The machines can be supplied in left-to-right or right-to-left configurations, with the feed and discharge heights to suit the Client’s requirements. Adjustable feet are fitted to both machines for minor height adjustments and levelling.

The Batch Roller and Rope Sizer can also be supplied as separate machines for use in any other confectionery application.
