Product Description:
1. The multi-axis linkage robot, with the drive of precision stepper motor and the advanced motion control algorithm, effectively improves the positioning accuracy and repeat precision.

3. With the Teaching Pendant, you can enter directly the coordinates of the solder joint, or teach and playback the position coordinates as the teaching programming is quite simple, even beginners can quickly grasp the operation essentials.
4. The soldering iron unit is adjustable for any directions. It can achieve **0° free rotation by controlling the R-axis. According to different solder pad and components, you can set at the solder feeding times, preheating time and soldering time, to achieve the complicated soldering work.
5. With an external I/O interface, it can fulfill the functions such as real-time control on peripheral devices, intelligent control, error alarm, etc. With the intelligent master control program, it realizes the automatic and smart soldering process.
