Description:

1. Material :mainly in ***0 grade ,such as ***3,***1 ,***5etc. other grades up on customers requirement

2. temper: mainly in T5/T6

3. finish :

1)mill finish

2)anodizing :such as  silver anodizing ,mat anodizing ,gold anodizing,

3) powder coating (needed to be provide Panton Color No. ,such as RAL***1)

4)polish

5) sand spray  

4.packing :

1)each in a poly bag with reasonable pieces into a carton /paper

2) naked with reasonable pieces packed with paper only at two end

3)according to customers packing requirement , design the reasonable packing

5.payment : *0% TT upon placing order and *0% TT when the goods are finished but before shipment or the payment can be *0% upon placing order and balance *0% upon copy B/L .

6.delivery : within one month after the deposit ,

7. sample delivery :three weeks( two weeks for mould +one week making sample ),sample for free, but the freight cost should be paid by you.

8. Manufacture production .

9. it is better we can get your drawing or sample , we mainly make according to your design , and we can keep confidential for your design .
