. TECHNOPROOF:

Product Description: 
TECHNOPROOF is a non-fiberated, water-based bitumen emulsion. It is dark brown in color and dries to a black flexible protective coating. The finished film is tough and waterproof and forms a barrier to water and vapors transmission.

Uses: 
. General waterproofing and damp proofing of concrete, asbestos cement, roofing felt, slate tiles, wood, etc. 
. Metal protection provides protection for structural steelwork, pipes, etc. 
. Insulation provides a vapor barrier for cold storage rooms, etc...

. TECHNOLATEX:

Product Description: 
TECHOLATEX rubberized bitumen coating is an highly adhesive, brush or squeegee applied, modified bitumen emulsion waterproof coating and adhesive. TECHOLATEX is specially formulated to provide high resistance to the passage of water vapors and to re-emulsification when in long term contact with water. TECHOLATEX bonds tenaciously to most substrates.

Uses: 
•General damp-proofing & vapors barrier: TECHOLATEX rubberized bitumen emulsion coating bonds extremely well to a wide variety of substrates including concrete, brick, bitumen & mastic asphalt embraces, asbestos cement, slates, tiles, etc. 
•Adhesive for flooring: Used to bond and lay wood block, cork, vinyl, asbestos, asphalt tiles. Not suitable for 
plasticized flexible rubber and vinyl tiles and sheet. 
•Insulation board adhesive: For bonding boards and slabs made from insulating such as expanded polystyrene, fiberboard, cork, etc. 
•Preparation for plastering: Used to provide a key for plaster to difficult surfaces (eg. Gloss paint and tiles).

. TECHNOCOTE:

Product Description: 
TECHNOCOTE is a solvent based bituminous coating formulated from pliable bitumen and petroleum solvent, compounded with cellulose fibers, gelling/wetting agent, stabilizers and mineral stabilizers, to strengthen the liquid bitumen to form a tough and elastic surface. Once cured TECHNOCOTE will not crack when subjected to the extremes of summer and winter conditions. TECHNOCOTE special formulation ensures bonding and workability and is capable of withstanding the normal 
stresses associated with the expansion and contraction of all roofing systems.

Uses: 
TECHNOCOTE is most suitable for use as a coating for built up roofing systems, metal roofs exterior foundation walls and concrete decks. Also recommended for the maintenance of old bituminous roots. TECHNOCOT can be used in exposed condition. TECHNOCOTE is most suitable for use as a coating for prestrssed concrete pipes.

 . TECHNOALUM:

Product Description: 
TECHNOALUM is an aluminum rich bituminous paint, suitable for application to most substrates. Once applied TECHNOALUM will reflect the suns rays, thereby protecting the coated surface and helping to stabilize temperatures on the inside of buildings during hot weather seasons.

Uses: 
. TECHNOALUM can be used to preserve, insulate and protect smooth roofs, modified bituminous roofs, metals, wood and concrete surface. 
. The special formulation of TECHNOALUM will penetrate and protect newly laid surfaces and will rejuvenate the older and more weather surface.

. TECHNOPLAST:

Product Description: 
TECHNOPLAST is a trowel grade, solvent based polymer modified bituminous mastic, that skins over on curing and TECHNOPLAST will not sag. Available in the newly formulated tropical grade designed for the hotter climate and the improved 
temperature grade,, for all the cooler climate. 

Uses: 
.TECHNOPLAST is most suitable for use as a coating for built up roofing systems, metal roofs exterior foundation walls and concrete decks. Also recommended for the maintenance of old bituminous roots. 
.TECHNOPLAST can be used in exposed condition.

. TECHNOPRIMER:

Product Description: 
TECHNOPRIME is a bituminous liquid that seal porous surfaces such as Concrete and when used improves the adhesion of bituminous materials that are to be applied to the substrate. We recommend use of TECHNOPRIME in all application of All range of torch applied and self adhesive membrane. TECHNOPRIME conforms to ASTM D**1.
