Our box build assembly services include: Product Testing We have the ability to fully functional test product prior to release, where necessary bespoke test solutions can be designed and implemented to ensure ongoing product compliance. Flexible assembly ability Our systems are such that managing high variant, application specific product, is easily controlled and ensures that we are able to respond quickly to rapidly changing customer demands. Power Up Facilities Depending on your individual requirements, Shera Technology has a dedicated *0m2 room to power up and run products for 6 to *2 hours. This room has the ability to operate at elevated temperatures if required. Assembly Lines With our four moving assembly lines and multi-step processes, we can build products from the very simple to complex in an efficient and predictable manor. Utilizing intelligent fixtures during the assembly process eliminates human error, maximizes quality, and minimizes waste. Sub-assembly equipment Shera has a variety of different equipment used for the manufacturing of sub-assemblies used in the final assemble of products. Some of this equipment includes: ultrasonic welders (plastics), hot melt machines (plastics), vacuum filling and liquid dispensing (encapsulates).
