Our bronze wrapped bushings are mainly used by automotive oems, however application fields have been extended to several other uses where high load capacity is required, particularly in dirty and aggressive environments. These bushings are made of a copper based alloy with a particular formulation to get to specific working requirements. The internal surface contains diamond shaped indentations designed to keep different kind of lubricants, depending on the particular application. We can also provide bushings with solid lubricant embedded. This alternative facilitates mounting procedures and maximizes lubrication performance. The lubricant used is a graphite based formula, embedded through a special process. This ensures optimal lubrication with enhanced ability to support dirtiness, corrosive environments, while avoids lubricant loss.
