cured in brine right here in Northern California. No lye is ever
added in the process ensuring a higher quality, taste and
nutritional value.
We are a bulk supplier - our best pricing is for packaging in
barrels or totes. Additional packaging that we offer is 5 Gallon
pails and 2.5 Gallon pails.
