Cell Preservation Kit
Action principle:
Firstly , through the acquisition of vaginal or cervical
secretions, exfoliated cells obtained should be treated with
liquid-based cell treatment reagents ,thus ,
leukocytes, epithelial cells could be preserved well.
Secondly, the cells should be made into cell suspension . Finally,
the sample would be turned into cell sheets through centrifugal
filtration.
