Description
Cellulase is derived from a controlled
fermentation of a strain of Trichoderma.reesei. It can
hydrolyze fiber into short fiber, cellobiose, glucose etc.

One activity u/mg
(u/ml) of Cellulase is defined as that quantity of enzyme that
can liberate 1μg glucose in one minute at pH of 4.8, at the
temperature of *0°C.
Application
Applicable to feed industry as well as textile, Brewing,
paper-making, etc. It can be mixed with other enzyme
together.

Storage
