Automatic degreasing
,water- washing ,air blowing ,drying and
cooling ,it's usually used for dedusting
and derusting before sandblasting. The process
of acid
washing ,alkali
washing ,neutralizing and
water washing can
be designed according to
clients
requirement or the feature of work piece.
*- Sandblasting Machine:
We
have a
variety of type for client to choose, automation,
semi-automation ,manual type and the
production output can be customized according to client's
requirement. The machine equip with dust collecting device ,
and sand recycle device.
*- Automatic Dedusting Room
Using for dedusting before the process of
spraying primer
*- Preheating Oven
Adopt the
form of far infrared radiation
heating to preheat
the work piece before spraying primer, the temperature is
usual about *0℃**0 ℃
*- Double-layer
water-curtain room ( Spray Room)
Used
for coating
spraying,

spray guns, water- curtain
is used for absorbing
