ANT***1 cement used the Portland cement as raw material, which can be applied in the room wall, the outside concrete wall, the floor and the Ceramic tile. This cement   has good binding capacity and good water-resistant property which is perfect for ceramic binding in the moist environment such as the swimming pool and so on.

Applicable Area

It can be used on inside and outside wall, the floor and ceramic binding, mosaic binding.

The requirement of the applying area

The surface of the wall and the floor should be solid, smooth, no cracking, no parting agent, and no isolating medium. The excessively uneven surface should be repaired one day before the job. If the surface is spongy structure or the surface temperature is too high, the surface should be slightly wetted before the job.

Mixing and the coating technique

1.       Add clear water to this product and mix it evenly. *9kg of this product which is one bag will need **6.5kg clear water to mix. After the evenly mixing, wait for about **8min. Before the using mix the product again, but no need to add any water.

2.     When doing the job on the floor, using 8 x 8 x 8mm trowel with teeth to put the mixture evenly on the surface, and then put the ceramic tile in order and tightly on the teeth track made by the trowel, and tab the ceramics to make them tight and no gap. The ceramics can still be adjusted within ten minutes to get the optimal effect. And when doing the job on the wall surface, using 6 x 6 x 6mm trowel with teeth. The rest steps are the same. T

3.     Also another method to use the cement is to put the mixture on the back of the ceramic tiles and then you can attach the ceramic where you want to put. The dosage used on the back surface of the ceramic tile will accord to the back surface roughness, and the depth and width of back concave. For the thickness of 2.**3.0mm of this mixture, 3.**5.5kg will be applied on each square meter. The dosage will be different according to the real application.  

Notice Items:  

1.       The application temperature is ***5℃, avoids the strong sunshine and rain.

2.       The thickness of the mixture should not less than 1.5mm. After the mixture is ready to use, the mixture should be used up within 2 hours.

3.       Other jobs can only be done after the mixture is solidified, usually it will be around *4 hours.

4.       The product contains this contains alkali ingredient, when use it, please attend to protect your eyes and your skin.
