HOPSON Chemical Vulcanizing Cement is made with special formula which can make the rubber patch vulcanized to firmly stick to the tire. It is used in vulcanizing process. These chemical vulcanizing cement contains accelerators which, when coming into contact with the face gum on any of our repair units and inserts, will begin the vulcanization process. It is incombustible and suitable for long-term storage, which makes it easy and safe for using and storage. It is used in pasting the tyre repair patches, tube repair patches and other pasting work. It can be bonded to each other for nature rubber, neoprene, SBR rubber without the aid of heat, pressure or special equipment.
HOPSON Bead Sealer is spreadable sealant for sealing leaks caused by ageing or wear on the beads of truck, tractor, EM and off-road tyres. Bead sealer is applied to the bead and bead seat before the tyre is inflated. When the tyre is inflated, the solid matter contained in the solution is pressed into the uneven areas in such a way that they are sealed. Use HOPSON bead vulcanizing devices for larger injuries.
HOPSON Inner Liner Sealer is for sealing porous innnerliner, coating excessively buffed repair area on tyre inside.
HOPSON Radial Patch are an inexpensive, yet very effective repair. Radial repair is black with gray vulcanizing gum on a blue poly backing. Each reinforcing ply is individually end-wrapped to deflect tire flexing stresses in a unique manner. The new tie-gum construction eliminates the potential for delamination common in competitive brands.
