This chocolate depositing line includes
mould heater, depositor, vibrating, cooling, second mould
heater,second depositor,vibrating, cooling tunnel and discharging
conveyor of products.
It can produce two colors of chocolates, mixing
with nut pieces, and chocolate with nut if there is a nut dosing
device between two depositors.
The length of the depositing line is ****0mm
and the discharging conveyor is ***0mm, so the total length is
****0mm. The compressor unit is put on the top or beside of cooling
tunnel and it is *5HP water-cooled. It needs one *5 ton/hour of
water tower.
The PLC and touch screen are Siemens, cylinders
are Airtac, eletric components are Schneider or Siemens except the
temperature controller is Omron, Main motor is SEW and other motors
are Chinese famouse brands..
