The system total floors  is *2 , the chocolate pass through them to be Tempered Every floor at the top and the bottom is provided with scraping mixing wings Every 3 floors there is one zone , so the machine total will be 4 zones  (That mean we can change the temperature of the chocolate 4 times)
All the temperatures will be displayed on PLC machine screen
A total of 8 thermocouples is available in each zone showing both the chocolate and water temperature
It  Works with 4 KW Rediktr Motor Every zone there is a hot water
  • The hot water of the machine will Maintains the thermal equilibrium in every zone
  • System capacity is **0 kg per hour cocoa oily product has tempered requirement
  • ***0 kg per hour in the cocoa hazelnut spread
  • The complete system will be completely controlled via PLC.
  • The machine frame is made entirely of painted iron
  • The surface that the chocolate go on it is from St *7 material
  • The covers and water tanks are from **4 stainless
