Crates washing machine, also named turnover tray/basket washer, is an automatic container washing equipment for replacing the manual work.

◆ The main body of the equipment is made of 304 stainless steel, which is sanitary and clean;

◆ The nozzles are made of food grade high temperature resistant plastic or stainless steel, their angles are adjustable. They are equipped on the top, bottom, left and right of the washing tunnel, to avoid dead corners and ensure cleanliness;

◆ High quality stainless steel water pumps are with high pressure so can generate high pressure sprinkle water to wash the crates entirely;

◆ The motor speed is mechanically stepless adjustable or variable-frequency adjustable, suitable for adusting different washing time;

◆ The guardrail rails on both sides can be adjusted from left to right, adjusted the distance for fixing the different sizes of crates;

◆ The water in the machine can both heating with steam or electricity.
