~Rifeng® C-HT is closed-cell rigid foams which base on polymethacrylimide (PMI) polymer. It does not contain any CFCs. And is engineered to meet extreme and demanding processing requirements. It's with Coarse Cell Size.

Of all the Rifeng® PMI foam grades, C-HT is the grade that is best suited to withstand the most demanding process conditions.The processing temperature can be up to **0℃ - **0℃ and max pressure up to 0.5 Mpa - 0.7 Mpa (dependent upon density).

These extreme properties make Rifeng® C-HT the ideal foam for use with Bismaleimide (BMI resins), Epoxy, Cyanate ester and other resins.

Processing and Production

Rifeng® C-HT PMI foam is suitable for the processes of autoclave technologies, vacuum infusion, RTM, VARTM, etc.

Weight Saving

Rifeng® C-HT featuring a fine cell structure, make sure it takes up minimal resin at the surface where the cells have been cut open during core shaping. Less resin take-up during part processing means lower final part weight and reduced overall cost.

Thermoforming and Shaping

Rifeng® C-HT can be easily thermoformed or CNC machined to meet customer requirements. High precision, pre-shaped and ready-to-use foam cores in simple or complex geometries can also be supplied by us.
