Smart camera

Professional image processing system

Completely based on the closure to develop the recognition algorithm, specially designed for the defects such as trademarks, deformation, damage and burrs, etc. So the most precise processing can be achieved in the shortest time, and to maximize the detection probability has become a reality. 

Detection types

Deformation detection：Extracting the contour, to detect the deformation and ensure that the closure is round

Edge rolling detection：Extracting the contour, to detect whether there are any edge rollings 

Gap detection：Extracting the contour, to detect whether there are gaps and ensure that the closure is good

Inside flap rolling detection：Extracting the image of the plastic closure, to detect whether there are any inside flap rollings and ensure that the closure is good
