Auto clutch is one of the key components in the automotive driveline performance, directly related to the load capacity of the vehicle power train, the life of the car, as well as smooth start-up and smooth shift.

Cover assembly testing machine as automotive clutch industry dedicated testing equipment, is mainly used to detect release finger travel and release bearing load relationship; the release finger travel and P.P. lift relationship; P.P. parallelism in release process; P.P. travel and P.P. load relationships simulating clutch cover assembly under real assembled conditions.

The series of cover assembly testing machines can test push type and pull type clutch cover assembly, respectively applied to the technical supervision departments, universities, research institutes, Online detection of clutch production enterprise, research and development department and quality control departments.

1. To design and manufacture according to 5.2 and 5.3 in the term 5 of standard of QC/T******4Bench Test Method of Automobile Clutch

2. To design and manufacture under test standards provided by the customers.
