JINQIU MACHINERY was established in 1969, of Hydraulic Press
Brake and hydraulic shear made in china. From 1979, we start to
make press brake and shear. In 1993, we were the first company in
china to make electric-hydraulic synchronized press brake, and
then we developed CNC tandem press brake. Till now, our biggest
hydraulic press brake can be up to 3000T / 7000mm.
• Heavy duty and finite element optimized machine frame, big
parts stress are released by heat treatment or vibration.
• European CNC controller with complete bending computations and
tool library
• Bend accuracy and repeatability much higher than a conventional
press brake
• Fully synchronised Y1-Y2 axes to ± 0.01mm via proportional valves
and precision linear scales
• Fast AC servo backgauge (X) system controlled by CNC
• High stroke and daylight values
• Two front arms with front gauge, can slid on T slot
• Ram travel fully supported in low friction slideways
• Automatic working table crowning system controled by CNC
• European hydraulic system
• Oil tank level / temperature indicator
• ladder for machine top maintenance and checking
