JINQIU MACHINERY was established in 1969, is famous brand of Hydraulic Press Brake and hydraulic shear made in china. From 1979, we start to make press brake and shear. In 1993, we were the first company in china to make electric-hydraulic synchronized press brake, and then we developed CNC tandem press brake. Till now, our biggest hydraulic press brake can be up to 3000T / 7000mm. . Series "JINQIU" brand hydraulic press brake & hydraulic swing beam shear are designed and manufactured in conformity with DIN Standard. Honoring Contract and keeping Promise of Jiangsu Province for several years. At same time, It is the High and New Technology Company of Jiangsu Province. TECHNICAL FEATURES
• Hdraulic press brake is downstroke bending beam, actuated by two cylinders
• Ram travel fully supported in low friction pertinax slideways, easy adjustable
• Hydro-mechanical system for exact parallelism and a high repeat accuracy
• Solid torsion-bar linkage for ram leveling
• Press brake ram stroke control by precision mechanical-stops built into each cylinder and electrically adjusted by push-s with a position display
• The hydraulic bending machine is with high stroke and daylight values to accommodate tooling variety
• Pressure switch and gauge to regulate bending tonnage easily
• Hydraulic overload protection
• Pre-set, two-speed bending cycle giving fast approach, bending and fast return
• hydraulic folding machine is with compact, low-maintenance hydraulic system
• Front-operated, T-screw backgauge(ball screw for NC controled) with readout control (to 0.1 mm precision) and two finger-stops.
