Description
The Compression and Deformation Tester is suitable for testing
rubber under static compression. Place one standard specimen
between parallel flat plate, first. Screw and then compress it to a
certain degree and then remove it from the plate and place it into
the oven. The oven's temperature and time should be set up to
proper levels. Finally, remove the specimen from the oven, and cool
it for *0 minutes. Test the thickness of the specimen and then
calculate the permanent deformation rate by plugging the thickness
number into a mathematical formula.
