Mold : Electro- hydraulic drive,height error for products on the same pallet is minimal.
Distributor: Using sensor and hydraulic proportional driving technologies, high-speed rotation , can produce forced centrifugal discharging under the function of swing and arc-breaking mechanism to provide quick and even material distributing, specially suitable for producing thin wall and perforated blocks.
Vibrator: Under the control of computer, the material distributor can produce vertical synchronous vibration by hydraulic driving system to carry out low frenquency material distributing and high-frenquency block forming. , vibration acceleration up to*7.5.
Control system: computer control, human-machine interface, integrated control system combined with *5 years experience in the actual production, simple training to operate.
Storage & feeding device: Controlled by computer, avoid the material generate internal pressure by the external impact, to ensure uniform feeding, so that product strength will be guaranteedl.
