Seals used in concrete pipe applications are usually a basic seal design taking the form of a simple 'O-Ring' ,peak ring, Double Fin Jacking Seal, Triple Lip Seal configuration.

URIL produce seals as per customer defined specification for

Micro Tunnel & Jacking Pipes
Ogee Pipe Joints
Manholes
Road Gullies
Box Culverts

Several different rubber compounds are commonly used for concrete pipe gaskets. Selection of the appropriate compound depends on the physical properties and chemical resistance needed for the specific application.
The following rubber compounds are standard materials for gasket extrusion
• Neoprene (chloroprene) (CR) - ,• Nitrile (NBR) ,• EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer)
Special compounds are also available upon request.
