Container Gold Plant

This is a complete gold mining process built into a *0 foot shiping container.
The plant can process between 3 and 5 tons of ore per hour.
Process- Ore is loaded on a feeder hopper where it falls onto a conveyor which feeds a jaw crusher.
From the jaw crusher the ore falls into the hammer mill which mills it down to*6mm then to a wet rod mill where it is milled down to***0 micron.
This fine material slurry is then pumped onto a Ami-flo shaking table through a cyclone to do a heavy-light split. The gold concentrate from the Ami-Flow table is then gravity fed to a Ami-Fin Micro Table.
The high gold concentrate is collected in a safe box where an appointed person will take it to the leaching plant. After the leaching process the fine gold dust is sent to the furnace to be melted and moulded into a form.
