The counter rotating conical twin screw is one of our primary
products.
We usually manufacture them with the base material of *8CrMoAlA
and *0Cr. If you have a much higher requirement on the
anti-abrasion and anti-corrosion, the material of SKD*1 and
fully hardened powder are both available. Depending on the
different process applications, different types of surface
treatment are provided, such as nitriding, alloy sprayed, hard
chrome plated, etc.
We are able to provide conical screws from ф*5／ф*5 to ф*2／ф**8,
with maximum length ***0mm and their correspondent barrels
(cylinders).
