Countersink is one cutting tool for processing the plane, cylindrical surface, cone surface of the hole end face. It is usually used for the cylindrical countersunk hole, core countersunk hole and the end surface convex platform of the processed hole in the work piece. It is also can used for chamfering. It can be assembled in the milling machine, drilling machine and the chamfering machine for the *0’ or *0’ angle and the taper. It belongs to the milling cutter and also called chamfering device. Chamfer cutter is suitable for a wide range. It is not only suitable for ordinary machine, but also suitable for the precision chamfering and deburring. Such as: aerospace, military, automotive industrial, gas, electric valve, engine block, and so on.
