SPM/RPM sensor is an inductance device actually. The main idea is
that when a metal stuff moving close to an inductor, signals are
generated and counted, when it is moving away from the inductor, no
signals are generated. There is a indicator lamp on the sensor,
when a metal staff is closed, the indicator lamp light off,
otherwise, it is on.
