Quayside container crane(QC)usually includes the following structures: Frame structure, hoisting structure, boom hoisting mechanism, inclination device, bridge travel mechanism, trolley travel mechanism, machinery house, elevator, container spreader, electrical equipments and auxiliary safety protective and auxiliary devices. Quayside container crane has three trolley driving types of wire tow, semi-tow, and motor driving. Quayside container crane is compatible with PLC system and CMMS, which has automatic monitoring and diagnosing functions. Illumination and communication function is good. Electronic anti-swaying system can be provided upon user request. Steel structure of single box girder and double box girder, truss structure main girder, jib and H shape gantry structure are used.
