The Cultural Orientations ApproachTM is
a leading suite of best practices tools and frameworks for
understanding, managing and leveraging the phenomenon of culture
in human organizations and interactions. Tangible Development is
certified in this approach and uses the Cultural
Orientations Indicator®, which provides a nonjudgmental
assessment of individual preferences, not personality traits, for
appreciating, exploring, and valuing culture-based differences
and similarities at work. After the assessment is complete, we
interpret the results to help managers and team members identify
potential gaps in cross cultural communication and discuss
specific strategies for overcoming those challenges.
