To ease transition and prevent culture shock, expatriate assimilation training prepares clients for living and working in a new country. Our in-depth training workshops provide:

• Part 1:  A wide-ranging overview of the destination country including lifestyle, politics, religion, economics, history, education. Includes essential assimilation strategies to enhance etiquette and highlight relationship-building skills.
• Part 2:  Comprehensive business training for understanding the employment and management challenges of working in a specific country or region.  The workshop provides insight into values such as hierarchy, fluid time cultures, risk-taking, trust development and decisionmaking.

Country Specific Training

Increasing intercultural communication skills and cultural competence will enhance relationships and expand business interest in a particular country or region. Attendees will be prepared for both social and business protocol covering values such as gender, hierarchy, seniority, time perception, work schedule, and proxemics.
