CYLINDER SPIRAL PAPER POY TUBES / CORES / BOBBINS FOR TEXTILE INDUSTRY

POY TUBES / CORES / BOBBINS are used for winding of Pre Oriented Yarn by Polyester Spinning Industry for their internal use. The Inner Dia, Length & Weight varies according to the user's requirement.

These POY TUBES / CORES / BOBBINS are drawn from Paper Board along with outer layer of Pure Vegetable Parchment Paper. To ensure smooth flow of winding / unwinding burnishing is done on both ends of the bobbins. These Bobbins are cured in a special chamber to achieve desired strength.

N. S. Industries (Pvt.) Ltd was established in ***7 with the aim of providing cylindrical packaging material drawn from paper in variable lengths, strength, wall thickness, diameter and weight.

To diversify business activities, the company management decided to install plastic Blow and Injection molding machine with the prime aim of providing packaging solutions to industrial users such as edible oil, chemical, lubricant, pesticide and other industries, in addition to plastic tubes and cones.

To excel at finding new ideas in developing business techniques, in house glue manufacturing is being done for paper products along with a complete plastic recycling plant for HDPE / PP in fully operational.
