MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

·Varieties KOYO precise sensors available for monitoring of warping speed and length, winding thickness as well as air pressure.

·Expansion reed move left and right, up and down automatically. The ratio of its traversing speed to the warping speed can be initialized according to different processing demands. It vertical motion avoids friction of reed. Reed gap adjusted by motor, powerful intermittent blower keep reed clean.

·Pneumatic controlled windshield move up automatically alng with the operation of headstock.

·Safety guard rail and infrared raster guarantee safety of operation.
