Disc spring (DIN***3)
Disc springs are manufactured in accordance with the
GB/T********5 standard, featuring high load capacity with small
deformation and space-saving characteristics. By using
different combinations, ideal loading characteristics can be
achieved, widely replacing cylindrical helical springs.
Applications:
Disc springs, with their compact size, large energy storage
capacity, and convenient combination usage, are widely used in
industries such as machinery, electric power, metallurgy,
petrochemicals, and defense.
Design:
Based on the on-site environment and force conditions,
computer-aided design (CAD) systems are used to determine the
geometric dimensions and related processing requirements of the
disc springs.
Material Selection:
Based on usage conditions or customer requirements, appropriate
materials are carefully selected to meet customer needs. Common
materials include *0Si2MnA, *0CrVA, and various stainless
steels.
Surface Treatment:
Surface treatments include bluing, phosphating, electroplating,
electrophoresis, and mechanical plating.
